EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
LOG only accepts exchanges & returns that meet the following requirements:
- Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
- Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
- Print or material flaws due to production error; picture documentation is required
Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after delivery date.
LOG will not accept credits or returns for the following:
- Customer provided an incorrect address
- Courier deems the address as insufficient
- Customer ordered wrong size
