EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

LOG only accepts exchanges & returns that meet the following requirements: 

  • Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
  • Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
  • Print or material flaws due to production error; picture documentation is required

Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after delivery date.

LOG will not accept credits or returns for the following:

  • Customer provided an incorrect address
  • Courier deems the address as insufficient
  • Customer ordered wrong size
